The app also makes it very easy to manage and save my results. I can call them up at any time and always have an overview of my health values. This gives me a good feeling and helps me to keep an eye on my health.
Overall, the home testing function of the medical app has made my life a lot easier. I can easily monitor my health from home and have access to my results at any time. It makes me feel good and makes it much easier to take care of my health.
This is how it works:
Open the DoctorBox app
Go to the Home Tests tab on the dashboard.
Go to Order Home Tests
Select the home test you would like to purchase from our extensive range of products.
You will now be redirected to our shop for the further ordering process
Follow the ordering process there and complete the purchase

Open the DoctorBox app
Go to the Home Tests tab on the dashboard.
Go to Get Result
You have two options to insert the barcode of the test
Your options:
A) You grant the app access rights to your smartphone camera and scan it directly.
B) You authorise the app to access your smartphone camera and type in the barcode manually.
Now enter your PIN
Then fill in the following questions
Current age
How often do you eat dairy products
What other health conditions do you have?
Details of any intolerances
Alternatively, you can skip these questions
Request your result by going to Finish
Go back to the dashboard
You will receive all updates regarding your home test in the dashboard.
As soon as the result is available, it will also be shown to you in the dashboard
You have the option to insert or purchase additional tests here
You can easily customise the dashboard to your needs by hiding or showing older tests. So you always have everything at hand
The following statuses exist:
On the way to the lab
Problem identified: Action required
Sample arrived: the sample has arrived at the laboratory
Sample invalid: Something has gone wrong with the sample, please contact customer service.
Result available
You have the possibility to view current and already performed tests in the dashboard at any time.
